We initially started as an organization that offered free workshops for girls ages 10-17 that addressed the areas of self-worth, body image and leadership. After our first successful year we had an influx of women from various parts of the country asking how they could implement a similar program for the girls in their communities. It was then that we realized that the need required a systematic and accessible way of providing the training we were offering. This paved the way for B2F Girls!
Why Girls?
Today's girl is inundated with messaging that her worth lies in her body. She is told over and over again that she can't do this and that she can't do that. She is in trouble and needs your sisterly advice, your guidance, your know-how, your presence.

Why B2F?
Curriculum
Girls Empowerment Coach program is a licensed program available for women with a calling to mentor and train girls specifically. The certification is much like the youth coach certification except that it concentrates on how to build a girls empowerment/mentoring business.
There is an annual licensing fee of $147 for this certification
What to expect?
Teaching and coaching are the nucleus of the girls empowerment paradigm. 80% of the focus will be on coaching and 20% will focus on the girls program implementation. After certification, graduates will receive a badge for their websites and accompanying certificate. Graduates have an option to join exclusive Member Center that hosts abundant resources for members launching their programs.The network component allows for continued support and collaboration. All graduates receive complimentary access to our social page on Facebook where members also collaborate, encourage and support each other.
Study Options
For your convenience, we have three training options (Choose 1 only):
1.
Live Tele-Class, where you would call in once per week for four weeks to a conference line to connect to class (your notes would be downloadable before hand). This will be arranged by your certified instructor.
Duration: 4 weeks
2.
LIVE Classroom study, where you would attend class with a Trainer daily for a weekend (your notes would be downloadable beforehand)
Duration: 1-2 days
3.
Home Study, where you would listen to the recordings of the lessons and work as fast or slow as you wanted to complete the work (assignments or an open book test are required to graduate from both versions).
Program Start Date: The home study begins anytime.
The live tele-classes begin quite frequently throughout the year. The next scheduled class will begin as announced. This class is scheduled by appointment only and will run for up to two hours a week.
Duration: 30 days or more, depending on the client’s pacing.
All materials are provided digitally for tele-class students.
