Her life changed courses after a NEAR DEATH experience and set her on a course to a NEW LIFE. After a surgical procedure almost took her life in 2012, she made it her business to get down to business and pursue her purpose and passion of helping others to accelerate and grow professionally and personally. Leaving a 15-year career as a regional vice president with a fortune 500 company and a 25 career in upper retail management in 2012, she launched her consulting and coaching firm, MVPwork LLC 2013. She hosts, workshops, teleseminars, webinars, masterminds, and private coaching to women entrepreneurs all over the world.

She has been featured in a number of publications for her contributions to women and entrepreneurs including The Network Journal, Essence and Black Enterprise. She has been recognized in Hope for Women Magazine as one of 25 women who inspire, a Women of Excellence by the Atlanta Gospel fest, and recognized as a Woman of Influence along with Actress Jasmine Guy, Journalist Soledad O’Brian and Former Atlanta Mayor Shirley Franklin. Becky is the author of five books that includes business, motivation and self help books.

She is the founder of Leading In High Heels, a non-profit focused on providing shoes to women of domestic violence and abuse. A idea that she got while attending the Black Enterprise Women of Power Summit 2013 from being surrounded by women giving back to other women and their communities. She also is the CEO and founder of a Christian apparel company called Jesusheir that celebrates being a Christian.
